HC notice to Centre, Haryana, advocate general on plea against favoritism/nepotism in selection of law officers

Justice Vinod Bhardwaj of the HC has issued the notice after hearing a plea filed by Gurdev Singh, 46, resident of village Jeoli, Naraingarh in Ambala district.
