Ex-UP judge tops Uttarakhand judicial exam, dismissed

Uttarakhand high court has rejected the plea of an ex-judge in UP, Rahul Singh, to reinstate him in Uttarakhand after he secured first rank in the judicial exams in the neighbouring state "for hiding crucial facts about his earlier stint as magistrate in Auraiya district".
