Counting of votes in the Telangana Assembly elections will be conducted on Sunday. Exit polls suggest an advantage for the Congress over the ruling BRS government. The outcome will determine if voters preferred the BRS regime for a third term or if the Congress' 'six guarantees' or the BJP's BC chief minister 'mantra' influenced the electors. The elections witnessed 2,290 contestants, including prominent leaders like Chandrasekhar Rao, KT Rama Rao, A Revanth Reddy, Bandi Sanjay Kumar, D Arvind, and Soyam Bapu Rao. The BRS, BJP, and Janasena contested in various seats, while the AIMIM put up candidates in nine segments.
