Delhi lawyer pays 1,300x reserve price for Dawood mother's plot

A Delhi lawyer has purchased two agricultural plots in the name of fugitive terrorist Dawood Ibrahim's mother Amina Bi, located in the Khed taluka of Ratnagiri district, for Rs 2.04 crore through an auction on Friday. The lawyer, Ajay Srivastava, who had previously bought Dawood's ancestral home in Khed, stated that he bought the plots to set up the Sanatan Dharma Pathshala Trust and start a hostel for students. The properties were auctioned in Mumbake village, where Dawood and his siblings spent part of their childhood.
