Brother of suicide bomber who killed 22 at Ariana Grande concert jailed for at least 55 years

A man who helped his elder brother carry out a suicide bomb attack that killed 22 people at the end of a 2017 Ariana Grande concert in the English city of Manchester has been jailed for at least 55 years.
