CCTV footage shows shelling in Azerbaijani city of Ganja

CCTV footage purportedly showed the moment of a missile attack on Azerbaijan's second city of Ganja on Monday (October 5). Fighting over Nagorno-Karabakh, which belongs to Azerbaijan under international law but is populated and governed by ethnic Armenians, has risen to its worst level since the 1990s.
