(MENAFN - Khaama Press) Government officials in Paktia said three workers belonging to a police district of Gardez city were killed on Tuesday morning in an armed gunmen attack in the Rabat area. A spokesman for the Paktia Police HQ said that a policeman, a cook, and a driver of the fourth police district in Gardez city were among the victims. Meanwhile, security sources in Kapisa confirmed that three Afghan national defense and security force members were killed in a clash with the Taliban militants. Abdul Latif Murad, Kapisa's governor told the media that the soldiers were killed in a Taliban ambush in the Afghan area of Nijrab district.
