(MENAFN - The Peninsula) The Peninsula Doha: Landmark Group, the region's leading retail and hospitality conglomerate, yesterday announced that its home-grown brands will partner with Qatar Charity to help support the families and children of blue-collar workers in Qatar during the Holy Month of Ramadan. Landmark Group's popular brands including Centrepoint, Babyshop, Splash, Shoemart, Lifestyle, Max, Shoexpress, Home Centre, Steve Madden, Pablosky and Ecco, will undertake a donation drive in-store and online. Customers making purchases in-store and online can add contributions starting QR1 to their receipts. As a home-grown retailer whose brands are household names in the region, Landmark Group has been led by its mission to add value and support the well-being of the communities it serves. Through the Ramadan campaign, the company aims to enable low-income families in Qatar in line with the spirit of giving during the Holy Month. Speaking on the initiative, Clive Freeman, Chief Operating Officer of Landmark Group, Qatar, said: 'We are partnering with Qatar Charity to support its noble cause in supporting vulnerable communities. Together with the organisation, we hope to provide help to orphans and families with limited income during Ramadan.
