Jordan Summons Israeli Ambassador on Detaining its Nationals

(MENAFN - Saudi Press Agency) Amman, May 25, 2021, SPA -- The Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs summoned here today the Israeli Ambassador to convey a strong protest on detaining Jordanian citizens, in Israel, and the way the Israeli authorities dealt with the incidents and citizens. In a statement here today, the Ministry demanded allowing representatives of the Jordanian embassy in Tel Aviv to pay a visit to them, as soon as possible, to get acquainted of their status and be briefed of the support they may need, in accordance with the relevant international laws.
