Omani commission reaches Yemen�s capital over UN-suggested truce

(MENAFN) On Saturday, Jun. 5 an official commission from Oman reached capital Sanaa to talk about a UN suggestion of truce and humanitarian measures, stated Yemeni Houthi group. Houthi spokesperson Mohammed Abdulsalam stated as cited the Houthi-run al-Masirah TV: "the Omani delegation will discuss the arrangements of a cease-fire and humanitarian situation." The spokesperson did not offer further details. In the meantime, the Yemeni Foreign Ministry said on Twitter that Foreign Minister Ahmad Awad bin Mubarak reached early on Saturday the Omani capital Muscat to exchange visions with his Omani counterpart over attempts of boosting peace process in Yemen.
