Serious injury, Paignton

Police are appealing for witnesses of an incident involving a man falling from a vehicle in Broadsands car park, Paignton, at around 10.20am on Friday 14 May.

A man in his 30s sustained a serious head injury in the incident.

Police would particularly like to speak to two potential witnesses that were seen walking from the rear of the Broadsands Bistro towards the car park at around the time of the incident.

A 50-year-old man from Paignton was arrested on suspicion of causing injury by dangerous driving and released under investigation pending further enquiries.
