House Intel transcripts: Unnamed 'special agent' said Steele was barred from helping the FBI

In a recently released transcript of a House Intelligence Committee interview conducted during the Russia probe in 2017, an unnamed special agent from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) said ex-British spy Christopher Steele was barred at one point from assisting the agency with its inquiry.
