Cuomo presses NYC to clean up its act, hinting at National Guard assistance

Gov. Andrew Cuomo threatened to slash state funding if New York City does not increase efforts to tamp down on crime and clean up the city's trash in the midst of a pandemic, even offering to send in the National Guard to help.
