Manhattan DA Bragg announces illegal pot shop crackdown; one store owner fined over $400K

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's office announced Tuesday that entrepreneur Rami Alzandani would pay over $400,000 in fines for illegally selling marijuana at 11 stores.
