13th Seatrade Maritime Awards Asia Finalists Unveiled
SINGAPORE, March 9, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- 60 finalists for the Seatrade Maritime Awards Asia 2020 have convinced an independent panel of judges of their well-deserving achievements over the past year. Into its 13th edition, the prestigious Seatrade Maritime Awards Asia organised by Informa Markets is set to return to Singapore on 23 June 2020 to honour the achievements and the brightest talents in Asia's maritime industry.
One of the key highlights for this year's awards is the introduction of seven new and rebranded award categories, including the Start-Up Innovation Award, Digital Innovation Award and Shipping Company of the Year. In addition, four special awards will be presented to the highest stewards of the shipping industry.
Entries this year have been extremely competitive with an increase of over 40 per cent in the number of entries compared to the last edition and over 30 per cent are new participants.
