The Company's net income available to common shareholders was $9.9 million, or $0.90 per basic share, for the quarter ended December 31, 2020, compared to $10.1 million, or $0.92 per basic share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2020 and $7.4 million, or $0.64 per basic share
