GREENWICH, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--W. R. Berkley Corporation (NYSE: WRB) today announced the formation of Berkley Enterprise Risk Solutions. The new business will focus on providing workers’ compensation insurance to large businesses headquartered in California.
