MP portfolios: CM keeps home; Deora gets finance

Almost a week before the Madhya Pradesh budget was scheduled to be tabled in the House, chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Monday allocated portfolios to the newly inducted ministers keeping plum departments with himself and the party's old guards.
