India, China agree on 'complete' disengagement

The Working Mechanism for Consultation & Coordination on India-China Border Affairs (WMCC) held its 17th meeting on Friday where the special representatives of the two countries agreed that early and complete disengagement of the troops along the LAC and de-escalation from India-China border areas was essential for the smooth overall development of bilateral relations.
