IOC's Dick Pound says Tokyo Olympics to move ahead despite pandemic concerns

International Olympic Committe member Dick Pound gave an interview in the wake of IOC president Thomas Bach's cancelled trip to Japan due to surging COVID-19 cases, and he said the Tokyo Olympics are set to move ahead as scheduled.
