Phillies: Harper can't throw for at least 6 weeks

Philadelphia Phillies right fielder Bryce Harper, who sat out his third straight game Wednesday as he recovers from a platelet-rich plasma injection in his injured right elbow, cannot throw for at least six weeks, says manager Joe Giraradi.
