Canada's Penny Oleksiak withdraws from Commonwealth Games

Penny Oleksiak, Canada's most decorated Olympian, withdrew from the Commonwealth Games team on Wednesday. Oleksiak still plans to compete at the world championships, which begin Saturday in Budapest.
