WSU president: UW, Oregon 'sealed' Pac-12 fate

Washington State president Kirk Schulz, in a letter Monday, said he was "shocked" to learn that Washington and Oregon were joining the Big Ten, noting that as of Friday morning, he believed the Pac-12 to be on the verge of finalizing a deal with Apple.
