Microsoft has recently announced that Microsoft Office is now fully optimized for Apple Silicon, so customers who purchased devices powered by the M1 chip can now benefit from better performance when running the productivity suite. One of the best things about Office is that Microsoft has made all apps universal, which means they can run both on Apple Silicon and on devices with Intel chips.
