Fitbit Officially Launches the All-New Charge 5

Fitbit has just announced the new Charge 5 activity tracker, and just as expected, the device comes with a series of welcome upgrades over its predecessor. First and foremost, the Charge 5 sports an OLED touchscreen panel, so overall, the experience feels much more modern, giving the impression of a much more premium device. The color display makes the device a lot easier to use, and if you’ve previously used a Fitbit device, the familiar interface makes everything a breeze. Fitbit is offering 20 custom watch faces on the Charge 5, as well as an always-on display option to provide certain information, such as the current time, always on the screen. Needless to say, the AOD screen does come with an impact on the battery life, but with this feature turned on, the tracker should go up to 7 days per charge.
