Windows 11 Gets a Controller Bar for Xbox Games

Microsoft has announced a new Xbox controller bar that is specifically aimed at those playing games on a Windows PC with, well, an Xbox controller. The new feature is part of the latest Windows 11 preview build, and it essentially makes it easier for users to access recently-played games and game launchers. Accessing the controller bar is as easy as pressing the Xbox button on your controller, though this feature works when you’re not in a game.
