Ubisoft’s Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope Arrives in October

Mario + Rabbids, the unexpected Nintendo & Ubisoft collaboration, is getting another game this year. After the warm reception of Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, the French developer revealed another project that will further refine the successful formula, Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope. During today’s Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase, Ubisoft confirmed that Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope will release exclusively on Nintendo Switch on October 20. In the upcoming game, Bowser will join returning favorites Rabbid Peach, Luigi, Rabbid Mario and Princess Peach to form a motley team and prevent Cursa, a malevolent cosmic entity, from plunging the galaxy into chaos. The game retains the same gameplay recipe that mixes turn-based tactics and real time action, although Ubisoft says that Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope features an innovative combat system that allows players to use their Heroes to dash at enemies, team jump on allies, hide behind covers, or take advanta...
