SNP demand to know if Scots Tory MPs voted through aid cut for 'jobs offers'

Ian Blackford has written to Prime Minister Boris Johnson claiming that ministerial posts were 'dangled' in front of the six Scottish Tory MPs who backed his £4 billion cut to foreign aid.
