Terminally-ill Hull woman having to appear in court over legal case against hospital trust

The Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust accidentally removed Denise Fallon from a cancer reviews list - she missed appointments as a result and her lawyers claim her terminal cancer would've been caught earlier if it weren't for the mistake.
