Watchdog launch investigation into Met Police’s handling of Stevenage serial rapist David Carrick case

The IOPC revealed they had started four individual investigations on Thursday (July 20) into the conduct of eight Met Police officers and one staff member over alleged failures to carry out wrongdoing investigations against Carrick.
