Hollywood star's eco-home build is 'destroying holidays'

Andrew Upton and Cate Blanchett are building an eco-home in the beachside Cornwall enclave dubbed 'Hollywood-on-sea' and the architect for the home says it has been in regular communication with neighbours over the work.
