Man who had 'no symptoms whatsoever' credits routine bowel cancer screening test for saving his life

Dave Marshall, 56, from Messingham is encouraging everyone who receives a test to do it after he 'put it off' - he'd had no symptoms at all but was diagnosed with bowel cancer.
