Washington to send 400 ventilators to New York as coronavirus deaths soar there

Washington state will return more than 400 ventilators it has received from the Strategic National Stockpile so that they can be used in New York and other states that have been hit hardest by the coronavirus, Gov. Jay Inslee said Sunday.
