Chef Matthew Wendel went from cooking in rural Texas to the kitchen of Camp David, where he made meals for world leaders as an aide to former President George W. Bush. His story and his recipes are now available in his new cookbook, “Recipes from the President’s Ranch.” Kris Van Cleave talks with him about feeding the president and his new book.
