After the annual reading of victims' names for the 19th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks was canceled in New York City due to the coronavirus pandemic, Tunnel to Towers Foundation CEO Frank Siller stepped up and vowed to honor the sacred event to "Never Forget" in person.
