Standards for tracking planes still not in place

Nearly one year ago, Malaysia Airlines flight 370 vanished in the Southern Indian Ocean and it's one of the biggest mysteries in modern aviation. Currently, there are still no standards or regulations for tracking aircraft in such remote areas. CBS News' travel editor Peter Greenberg tells us more.
