China ends controversial one-child policy

China could be set for a demographic boom, as the world's most populous country dumps its long-standing one-child policy. The decision by the ruling Communist party opens the door for all Chinese families to have two children. Barry Petersen, who spent more than a decade covering China for CBS News, reports.
