Millions in Northwest drenched by floods

The Pacific Northwest is bracing for a new round of rain. Powerful storms washed out roads in Oregon and Washington, causing mudslides and forcing evacuations. The rain is expected to intensify this week and flash flood watches are also in effect. Ben Tracy reports.
