Florida declares Zika health emergency in four counties

There are now at least 48 cases in 12 states and Washington, D.C., of the mosquito-borne Zika virus. Florida’s governor is the first in the nation to declare a health emergency, as at least nine people in four counties in the state have the virus. Dr. Tara Narula joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss the outbreak.
