Schumer, Gillibrand announce legislation to put an end to unsolicited robocalls

WASHINGTON (NEWS10) – U.S. Majority Leader Charles Schumer and Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand joined Senate colleagues in calling for legislation to increase penalties for automated and illegal phone calls.
