Grand Rapids Police Officer Charged With Second-Degree Murder for Fatal Shooting of Patrick Lyoya

A Grand Rapids police officer has been charged with second-degree murder for the fatal shooting of Black motorist Patrick Lyoya during a traffic stop. The Michigan officer has been suspended and will face a hearing for his termination over the case.
