Decapitated Bodies Discovered in North Korean 'Ghost Ships' as Chinese Vessels Invade

A study has found that illegal Chinese fishing vessels "dark fleets" have forced local North Korean fishers into hazardous waters. Some of the displaced fishing boats have ended up on the shores of Japan.
