A day after Crimeans voted decisively to join Russia, euphoria there has given way to uncertainty, as armed men patrol the streets and residents wonder why most bank machines are empty. While some turnout data appeared dubious, there's little doubt a majority of Crimeans believe joining Russia would mean a better life. Elizabeth Palmer reports.
