Obama meeting with military officials on Western strategy against ISIS

President Obama is meeting with foreign military officials at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland Tuesday to discuss the coalitions strategy in the fight against ISIS. American officials hope allies will commit boots on the ground in Syria. Bill Plante reports from Washington.
