NZ pauses quarantine-free travel from NSW as state records ten new local COVID-19 cases

A Sydney COVID-19 cluster has grown to 21 cases as mandatory mask restrictions are extended to all of Greater Sydney and New Zealand announces a pause on quarantine-free travel from the state.
