Scott Morrison approves COVID-19 mass facility for Melbourne, offers proposal for Queensland site

A COVID-19 facility in Melbourne's north will now proceed after federal government approval as the Queensland government considers an offer for a mass COVID-19 quarantine facility near Brisbane Airport.
