Western Europe Flooding: Hundreds Missing, at Least 69 Dead

Historic rainfall that caused severe flooding has led to numerous deaths in western Europe. Flash floods have been prevalent in Belgium, western and southern Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.
