Indiana 1st state to approve near-total abortion ban since Roe v. Wade overturned

Indiana has become the first state in the U.S. to approve abortion restrictions since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, as the Republican governor quickly signed a near-total ban on the procedure shortly after lawmakers approved it.
