Stock Futures Waver Ahead of Powell Remarks

Stock futures wavered Tuesday ahead of comments from Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell that investors hope will shed light on the path for U.S. interest rates. Futures for the S&P 500 added 0.1% while Nasdaq-100 futures rose 0.2%. Dow futures edged down less than 0.1%.
