Columnist who successfully sued Trump for defamation sues him again over CNN remarks

Lawyers for E. Jean Carroll, a columnist who won a $5 million US sexual abuse and defamation award against former U.S. president Donald Trump filed an amended lawsuit against him on Monday seeking to hold him liable for remarks he made during a CNN town hall after the verdict.
